This policy applies to the OhNoo Studio website and to our games and apps that link to it. OhNoo Studio, Poland, is the developer and data controller responsible for this policy. You can reach us at contact@ohnoo.com. If a store listing or a specific game provides additional privacy information, that information applies alongside this page.
If you write to us, we use your name, email address and anything you include in your message to reply and deal with your request. We process this information to take the steps you ask us to take, to pursue our legitimate interest in answering messages about our games, and where necessary to meet legal obligations. We do not sell it or pass your contact details to advertisers. It may be handled by the providers that operate our email and hosting services, or disclosed when the law requires it.
Our games do not contain advertising, microtransactions or in-game purchases. You buy the game once and receive the complete product. Our games do not require an OhNoo Studio account, and OhNoo Studio does not use them to collect personal data directly. Steam, the App Store, Google Play and other storefronts may process purchases, achievements, cloud saves or similar platform features under their own terms and privacy policies. OhNoo Studio does not receive your full payment-card details.
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this website. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep routine server logs, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page and access time. These logs support our legitimate interest in operating the site, diagnosing problems and protecting it from abuse. Some pages link to or embed services such as YouTube, Steam, the App Store and Google Play. If you open or use those services, their own privacy terms apply. Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in their privacy notices.
We keep correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, maintain an appropriate record or meet a legal obligation, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or provide a copy of information you sent directly to OhNoo Studio, or object to its processing. Email contact@ohnoo.com to make a request. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland. Third-party providers apply their own retention periods and controls.
We do not ask children to send personal information through this website. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has sent personal information directly to OhNoo Studio, please contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.
OhNoo Studio does not use personal information from this website or our games for profiling, targeted advertising or decisions made solely by automated systems.
